Andy was a great architect to work with. He was very responsive, very knowledgeable of the San Francisco planning code and processes and was on-time and on-budget. During the process of a complete rebuild of our historical house in San Francisco he identified a lot of envelope expansion potential, listened to our feedback about how we wanted to restructure the flow and layout and guided us through the redesign process. We did not want to be hands off in the process and Andy was very flexible and allowed us to work with him as a team. Thanks to Andy, our renovation came out great and we have a house that we love.

Andrew Morrall was the Architect for my San Francisco Haight rear yard 3 story addition, roof deck, and kitchen remodel awhile ago.
The best recommendation I can give Andrew is that after quite a while, I hired Andrew again for my 3rd story Bathroom remodel. True to form, Andrew listened to what I wanted, solved the design problem in several creative and unique ways, assisted in all of the fixture and finish selections, offered ideas to make the construction go smoother, obtained the permit in 1 day, and referred me to a contractor he's worked with.
From a returning client, I would highly recommend for you to give Andrew a call... read full review
