I've been training with Alex for a few years now and working with him is one of the highlights of my day! He is just an awesome coach - very knowledgeable, personable, and positive. He is great at explaining complex movements, watching how you move and giving great feedback. I've been able to learn how to rope climb, do double-unders, string toes to bar, and achieve many personal weightlifting records thanks to his insightful cues. As an athlete I've grown so much as an athlete and I am so grateful for his guidance and expertise.

I started working with Alex almost a year ago. This guy is a fitness wizard. He designs each workout perfectly so you don't tire out too early, but you finish up feeling like you've given it your all. He's incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and will make micro adjustments to your form that drive efficiency. On top of that, he exudes a rare warmth and authenticity. I come away from each session high on endorphins. Cannot recommend his services highly enough!

I started working with Alex three times a week as soon as my OBGYN cleared me for exercise. After two C-sections less than two years apart, I came to Alex with pretty extreme diastatis recti, pelvic pain, 30 pounds of excess baby weight, no energy, and low morale. But Alex has been my biggest cheerleader these past two months, helping me to transform my body and recover my health, strength, vitality, and confidence in the process.
