Alex is no doubt the best trainer I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond to help me achieve goals I never thought possible. I never thought I could look or feel like this. I don’t think I could’ve progressed this much on my own or with a lesser trainer. He is easy to talk to and is beyond helpful. His knowledge in this field is umatched, he has influenced a whole lifestyle change for the better. I can’t recommend him enough, I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had a goal to start deadlifting and be able to lift 315 before I turned 30, but I couldn't deadlift anything above 200lbs without really feeling it in my lower back. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and tried fixing my form myself, but I still felt the pain/soreness every session.
Found Alex, booked a session, and within 45 minutes he had walked me through a handful of simple cues that totally fixed my form and allowed my deadlift to progress normally. Hit 315 yesterday!

Alex is an amazing trainer. Over the last (almost) year he has helped me build not only strength and flexibility, but also confidence in myself and my abilities. I regularly find myself impressed by what my body can do and it all comes down to Alex’s great and personalized coaching. He knows how to keep the mood light when I need it so I can get out of my own head before a lift, and also when I need a firm push to reach my goals. Alex has helped me build solid routines when it comes to my fitness and health and I will always be grateful! The laughs are pretty good, too.
