They have machines that you sit on the chairs. I'll give you massage massages with heat. They have oxygen they have a bicycle places, beautiful inside very clean. The staff knows what they're doing. They're friendly and they're very very well trained in what they do when I walk out of there I actually honestly feel better right away and I always grab a cup of tea on the way out.
