I’ve been coming to this skincare spa for the past 3 years, and I can honestly say it’s the best experience. She actually looks at how my skin is doing that day and adjusts the facial treatment based on what my skin needs in the moment. I never feel like I’m getting a “one-size-fits-all” facial. Oogi is truly the best!

I’ve been seeing Oogi since 2021, and she’s been my go-to ever since. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also such a kind, genuine person who truly cares about her clients. You can feel her passion in everything she does — she’s always cheerful and makes you feel so taken care of.

I have gotten a wide range of treatments over the years — chemical peels, IPL, acne care, anti-aging, Hydrafacial, collagen-boosting treatments, and sensitive skin facials. Every single time, she customizes the service to exactly what my skin needs.

I can't say enough great things about this facial office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely professional in every aspect of their work. Located right in the heart of Union Square, the space itself is beautiful--immaculately clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed to help you relax the moment you step through the door. Every detail feels intentional, from the soothing music to the comfortable treatment rooms. My esthetician, Oogii, also the owner, was incredibly thorough and took the time to assess my skin before recommending a personalized treatment plan. She explained every step of the process in detail, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout. You can tell she is highly skilled and passionate about what she does. My skin has never looked or felt better--glowing, hydrated, and refreshed. What really sets this place apart is the combination of expertise and warmth. They are true professionals who also make you feel like a valued guest, not just another appointment on the schedule. If you're looking for a facial that is results-driven, relaxing, and performed by people who truly care, this is hands down the place to go. Highly recommend!
