As a family of four we have only had excellent experiences at Acuity Vision Optometry. The staff is always welcoming, professional, approachable, and make the entire visit smooth and stress-free. They take their time to explain everything clearly, answer all our questions, and provide thorough eye exams. We never felt rushed, and we appreciated the attention to detail and genuine care. The office is clean, well-organized, and appointments run on time. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

I left San Francisco 4 years ago and still drive in for care 1-2x a year, after 10+ years of seeing various doctors at Acuity. Dr. L is fantastic, she remembers details about my family and gives me options for treatment based on my ability to take the steps.

The opticians are exceptionally skilled at their jobs. Every little inquiry or need I have they address it so quickly and with care and kindness. They are intensely professional, kind, more than competent, give great referrals when needed, and have helped me save SO much money over the years with my myopia, dry eye, and poor eye health overall.
