I had Ace out to assess my roof. I had multiple companies come by, and they were the first people who I felt really gave me an honest assessment of my roof--the only ones who felt that it needed a heavy maintenance rather than complete overhaul.I appreciated that John showed me exactly the areas he was concerned about and WHY. He did not treat me as an ignorant homeowner, which many companies seem to do these days.I haven't had the roof maintenance done yet, but when I do, I'm for sure giving my business to Ace!

This company came and did emergency repairs for a very fair price and saved our house being flooded during the heavy rains last year. wonderful workmen, great management and ownership contact. Very impressed with this company.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

The total package in job completion... As a facility manager, their crew showed up on time, very courteous, competent... knew the language of the roofing industry to explain to you: the customer, as though you are a novice but with respect... was able to watch the multi layered materials being applied... seams were very tight and aligned, roof pitching was detailed towards the drain... so water wouldn't pool in flat spots, the flashing extended away from my roofline to the edging of my home to eliminate water from being drawn towards the wood... which in many cases leads to rotting... clean up was performed as they moved from one task to another... complete teardown... read full review
