I take Pilates classes with my friend Sarah here. She is a good certified instructor and one of the few black women teaching Pilates in the city. Only thing worth mentioning is this is a silent studio, so no music and vibes but you will get in a great workout! Another plus is it’s in the Presidio so you can go for a walk with views of the Bay Bridge before or after your workout.

I LOVE A Body of Work! They have top-notch trainers and a great variety of classes to choose from. If you want to learn from the best, this is the place to go for Pilates, Gyrotonic, yoga classes, and functional fitness. Plus, the location in the Presidio is great! Easy parking and beautiful surroundings.
