I love level coming tO Rosie's brows she does them perfect every time I used to go to panorama then to Northridge and it was always a hasssle Friday's and Saturday's are always super busy but she stays late and no matter what the wait is worth it I have supeer thick eyebrows and a she lesves them perfect every time I live in the av and make sure to here and only here since I don my trust anyone with my brows! She's super friendly and always strikes a conversation I've also been cool I Inc heRe for about 4 almost 5 years
