The customer service & repair service at RLA Complete Auto Repair was overall a pleasant experience. Stephanie from the customer service side & Julio as the owner of the shop are great in explaining details & procedure of my transmission oil flush/replacement as well as the tune up change. They did a great job in all of the repairs. They're a great auto repair shop that explains details without ripping you off.

One of my lifetime problem is to finally settle down with a car mechanic that is honest, efficient, friendly and affordable. I experiences 2x that RLA is that car repair shop. I always talk with John, and from him you are being HELPED and not rip-off. Highly recommended.
