I have been a loyal customer of Rapid Plumbing for over five years and have entrusted them with approximately $50,000 worth of work. This review is not something I wanted to write.
Following a plumbing incident that resulted in property damage, Rapid Plumbing verbally accepted responsibility and reimbursed our $2,000 home insurance deductible. I appreciated that gesture because it acknowledged what happened.
However, the matter remains unresolved.
Our insurance carrier, AAA, has requested the standard documentation needed to substantiate the claim, including Rapid Plumbing's Certificate of Insurance. To date, that documentation has not been provided, leaving us caught… read full review
