Having been upcharged, mis quoted and left wtih job unfinished by a major San Diego plumbing/Electric company, We turned to Rapid Plumbing, a Sister company of well respected Ritz out of Los Angeles. Our project was in East San Diego County (Spring Valley) and fairly simple: Reset a toilet. They arrived promptly, complete with flange and wax ring, and finished the job within 30 minutes, charging us exactly what they had quoted and providing a written guarantee . Pleasant and knowledgeable, they moved efficiently to do what is a routine job for a plumber. Their receptionist, Jennifer, at 619-821-5573 was also excellent. Couldn't ask for better service.
