We signed a contract that we thought we could trust and paid the down payment, but nearly two years have passed, along with my elderly friend who this garage restoration was to accommodate while her home was being demolished and rebuilt - now they have just ignored my calls, promised a refund several times and taken no action based on their words. Permits are all they have submitted, no follow up calls or updates, letters of project start date, etc. $31,000+ down the drain on this project with no company contact number showing on the website. “I called San Fernando Valley Landscaping after calling several other landscaping services and getting quotes for my custom fire pit and deck I want for my backyard. What I really liked about them was they weren’t pushy about coming over or signing a contract. They were patient and offered my options the others didn’t mention (probably because they were less expensive) So I went with them. From the design to construction they were professional and transparent the crew wore masks the whole time and for the first time ever they actually finished within the budget I gave them !!
