my toddler refused to open his mouth despite multiple staff coming in as we tried every trick in the book to get him to cooperate. we ended up rescheduling. but the office graciously let us come back last-minute to try one more time that afternoon. eventually we got some level of cooperation. everyone was very patient, understanding, and accommodating.

Via Verde Dental is the best dental office I've been to. The place is very welcoming. The staff are so friendly, courteous,professional. Joanne, my dental hygienist, is wonderful. She's gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth. All the dentists there are nice. They make you feel like family . I highly recommend this dental office.

Not enough space to show my gratitude to Dr. Craig and his staff. The moment I 1st walked in his office, the aura is so peaceful and I felt that sincere care from everybody. From the front office personnel, medical staff, office managers and when I got to sitting on the chair, Dr Craig is unbelievably AWESOME. He is so gentle and the sincere care and compassion I felt when I walked in the door transcends all around. Hi hands are so light. He explains everything before and along the way. I have no single word to describe Dr. Craig's services. HIGHLY, HIGHLY , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
