Stephanie Picos did an incredible job. Best part of it all, she wanted to keep my hair healthy hence waiting couple of months to go a little lighter. I went to the pool couple of times and I honestly think it made it even lighter. I absolutely love it now but I definitely need to touch my roots! I went to Theory Studio for the first time and I think I found my new staple salon I absolutely LOVE my hair! I mean cmon ...my before and after speaks for itself! Ray killed it and I am so glad I found her! She brought my hair back to life! Her attention to detail shows in her work! She really takes her time and makes sure you get good results even if it means adding more dye & washing multiple times. Thank you for being patient.
