Shortly before the weekend, my water heater unexpectedly stopped functioning. The same day, Matt arrived, identified the problem, and in a matter of hours, it was operating normally again. The guy was very relaxed and explained everything clearly. Thank you for the quick fix!
I had a clogged drain in the kitchen that wouldn't clear. Vince arrived that same day, quickly figured it out, and without creating a mess, got things back in order. Very professional and approachable; I valued the speedy resolution.
