I cannot say enough incredible things about my experience working with Shay and Eddie with Y9. I'm so thankful I was referred to them when building out my 3200 sqft business, which required a ton of millwork. Some of the milkwork I needed was custom, while other areas I needed to save. They provided options and ideas and truly supported my project in so many ways outside of just their beautiful design and cabinetry. Their pricing for everything is beyond fair and the quality of everything is too notch. Working with Y9 for my build felt like working with friends, which really meant a lot. If you are in need of what they offer, no need to look any further!

Shy led a masterful remodeling effort, staying on time, within his promised price range, and the final product was excellent. We redid many different parts of my condo (new kitchen, flooring, expanded the laundry room), and I am completely happy with every part of it. I am going to use this group for every future remodeling job that I have.

Y9 Construction has just finished our whole first floor remodel with MBR addition. Eddie (owner) worked with me to design my customized and functional dream home. He was "hands on" from start to finish, showed up on time or would advice of delay, and call promptly when needs arose. He is an efficient project manager having simultaneous crew working at the same time to complete the project. His contractors especially electrician (Jose and crew), plumber (Igor and crew), quartz installer (Jose), stairs installer (Carlos), structural (Gilbert) and Jake, Pedro are all professionals and are craftsmen. They had great camaraderie and I loved the positive energy (often heard them singing and laughing) they all had while building my home. Aside from Eddie's professionalism, I loved that he was considerate and generous. He helped me set up my old stove in the garage so my family and I can still have a temporary "kitchen." He even connected my camping sink without being asked. I appreciated the additional details like closet organizers assembly and pantry shelves installation that really completed everything for me. As a gift, board and batten accent wall was added to the MBR. He was very "cool headed" when issues had to be resolved and his prices were fair. I conducted my own surveying of additional labor that needed to be added and his estimates were very comparable. He also has his own shop and supplies cabinets which helped cut costs.In summary, Eddie treated my home project as his own. The project was completed within the time that was estimated. I would work with him again in the future.
