Complete fraud. Will charge for work not completed properly. Complete fraud. I been charged thousands for a site they cant fix and they designed. Told me that Wouldnt be charged a dime and they ran my card anyway. My site dont work right

Stay away from this company. We have been in business over 20 years and selecting webshop manager to create and host our site has been the worst decision and experience we have made by far. Below are some of the issues we have experienced in a short period of time.
Quoted 6-8 months took almost 2 years
Data is awful – I paid them to import all or our vehicle data. This was done so poorly we are having to redo all of it. They missed vehicle fitment, used fitment for vehicles that do not exist, added vehicles for which the parts do not fit and on and on. I cannot stress enough how bad the fitment data they provided was.
