When I walked into the building, I was surprised by the pretty garden that there was! It was so nice, specially in this hot weather. Isabel is so warm and friendly, she makes you feel comfortable the moment you come in. She's knowledgeable in her profession and knows all the tips and tricks! I have never experienced hard wax before, but it was definitely less painful than the traditional wax I have experienced. She was quick and super clean! I can't recommend her enough, plus her prices are a plus!
