My favorite car wash in San Diego!!! I went to the Pacific Beach location recently and had a really good experience. The manager, I believe his name is Esteban, was super helpful and was actually out there helping customers clean their cars and making sure everyone had what they needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the business and customers. The vacuums are super strong, and I love that they always keep the cleaning towels stocked and everything refilled. Overall, great car wash and definitely recommend!
The people at Luv are so helpful I’ve had nothing but positive experiences going there. I messed up which car wash selection I chose and they were very kind and patient while they helped resolve the issue for me!
Esteban was amazing and gave me 10/10 customer service. I went over to sign up for a membership and helped me through the process and was very helpful and patient. I am very thankful I ran into Esteban. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not but he’s definitely management material. He deserves a raise and recognition for going above and beyond for helping me out. LUV car wash you have found yourself an employee worth keeping and investing in.
