Soliciting. There are people soliciting outside almost all hours of the day. Nobody wants to be bothered with that. Why is there security in the store if you allow people to solicit at the door all the time. Often times children and usually it's both entrances at once. Get your stuff together

Line is super slow. I spend more time in line than I do shopping. At least 15-20 minutes in line. 3 people in front of me when I got in line. Only two registers open that we're not self check out. If I didn't have alcohol I'd be there. This is normal here. I forgot why I stopped shopping here. Ambiance is ok. Just slow

First of all, I would like to give a big shout out to the manager, JAMES.. He has gone above and beyond customer service. I ordered a cake and I went to pick it up 30 minutes before my birthday party (pick up time on my order) and the cake was made wrong.. I did not have time to come back and pick up another cake. James made sure my cake was made RIGHT according to my order and he delivered it to my house which I really appreciate it since I did not have any time to go back to pick up my cake. My cake was delicious and everybody loved it. James is the nicest manager I have ever spoken to in all of customer service. He let me speak without interrupting me. He understood... read full review
