I took my 12yr old son to Jennifer when nothing else was helping him heal from a sports injury. Jennifer took the time to talk to him about where his pain was and discussed exercises he can do at home to help with recovery. She treated him with a combination of Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reiki and guided meditation. My son was nervous but Jennifer made him feel safe and heard and he quickly relaxed. Within 12hrs of his treatment he was able to do a squat without pain for the first time in 4 months. Not only did this fast forward his recovery but it greatly improved his mental health. I would definitely return to Jennifer and I highly recommend her.
