*Edited after 1st owner reply* - *My sibling* hired Van Dyke Law in 2022 to be represented as a Trust Beneficiary. My siblings and I all paid for the service as we are all a part of the (fairly simple in our opinion) trust, so I feel responsible to share our story. At first, the team was great and the "onboarding process" was efficient. However, this changed rapidly. *The* attorney, Vincent, was irritable and slow to respond. He took over three months to write one "objection letter" that was sent to our Trustee's attorney. Van Dyke & Assoc. are the most experienced attorneys I've found in the area of trust and estate litigation. While many firms are capable of writing wills and trusts, litigating them is a whole separate skill. I have been extremely happy with their ability to strategically approach a case and fight for an inheritance through some very difficult circumstances.
