3:50pm on a Thursday. They are closed, doors locked. No sign as to why the doors are locked/closed before their hourly schedule time. Not the first time I have seen this happen. VA really needs to review their offices and make sure they are open and available the scheduled hours that are posted.

Adam is conscientious, honest, hard-working, and a great communicator. This was the easiest and fastest refi we've ever done. I shopped around for rates and he won there too! Go with Adam.

Adam and his team have been phenomenal. They did the refi for both my husband and my mortgage. One was VA, the other a Jumbo - both with their own set of constraints and it was flawless both time. I will definitely work with Adam again.
