Two days before my daughter's senior pictures, she wanted to attach a few patches to her varsity jacket. However, the usual place she went to would have had to return it to her the day after her pictures. So, we called around and found that US Cleaners and Embroidery could have it done the next day for a small rush fee. My daughter and I were very impressed with their work. They were very friendly too!
I had the best experience at US CLEANERS & EMBROIDERY. I bought a slightly oversized Lakers bomber jacket and needed it tailored. Sam and his lovely team of seamstresses saw me on the same day, took my measurements, and worked their magic in a timely fashion.
The customer service was top notch. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Sam and his team were quick, knowledgeable, and informative. All in all, I’m very happy with the results. The jacket looks and fits perfectly—definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you all! ???
Service has been good overall, but better phone etiquette could lead to more business. I was hung up on during my first attempt to reach the business. I said hello a hand full of time because I heard someone on the other end. I had to call back for someone to reply when I said hello. It’s not appreciated when my reason for the call was to bring them a nice amount of business.
