The nurse Jasmine here is the BEST nurse I’ve had throughout all my medical appointments. She’s so talented and skilled with blood draws. The office is clean and everyone is friendly and understanding - I’ve seen multiple midwives and they are all great!
The nurse Jasmine at this location is the very best. She makes all procedures including blood draws seamless, painless and quick. She's super understanding as well as everyone else in the office. It's clean and the entire midwife staff is friendly
I will say the positives first: Dr Elise Brown is very nice, professional, and explained clearly why something was what it was and how it all worked. I appreciate her clear explanations. I also appreciate that the parking here is FREE. Now to some issues. First off, I couldn't get an appointment here for 5-6 months even with a referral. Finally when I came to my appointment, I waited for an entire HOUR before they called me back to take my weight and blood pressure, and then the doctor didn't come to the room to see me for another 20 minutes. I saw another patient in the lobby come in and say she was 30 minutes late to her appointment but they took her back immediately....after this they continued to take back person after person that came in AFTER me. I was sitting directly in view of the front desk staff so they saw this was happening and didn't even offer an explanation or time limit on when I might be seen. Overall, I had a good experience with Dr Elise Brown and I think she is a very good doctor, but the wait was too long to get an appointment and to be seen an hour and a half after my appointment. I would recommend going somewhere else unless you really want to see a specific doctor, which is also understandable.
