These people at this company give the worst customer service. They don't care about their customers or products. They charged me top dollar for crap tile. When I received my tile 12x12's in size they were 1/8th out of square yes 1/8 and when I took it back they said no returns to bad! I have pics to prove it, But can't share them on here. Save yourself a headache and go to Dal tile or Arizona tile. I'm a contractor and never again will I send a customer to Tosco!

DO NOT DEAL WITH OMAR, or if you do, make sure you request him to sign a job contract, read it carefully and get a copy.We had problems with TOSCA’s contractor Omar they recommend to everyone who buys stone from their shop. Omar did only half of the agreed upon job but charged us the whole price. When we called him, he refused to finish the job changing our original agreement which was to fabricate the countertop and the backsplash saying that the job included only the countertop and it will cost us additional $250 to do the backsplash (which was never mentioned before). We had the best experience with this company. They have a wide selection and were very helpful and professional throughout the process. The prices were very competitive. The staff in the store, Omar himself, David and Xavier, who installed our beautiful quartz counter, were all excellent and easy to work with. I am happy to give my highest recommendation to Omar and Tosca Natural Stone. It was a wonderful experience. Now I have the countertop I always wanted. Thank you, Omar and company!
