I’ve been going to timeless laser for about a year and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ve been very laser focused (hair removal and tattoo removal), every time I’m recognized and feel like I’m walking into a familiar and safe space. Such friendly and personable staff. A great place for all your beauty needs!

This place is wonderful. This is my second time here and I always get a ton of compliments afterwards I highly recommend the IPL photo facial for regular maintenance and to feel your best.

Timeless is a really great medical spa for laser hair removal! I've been coming here since June 2024 to get my lower legs done. I originally found this place through Groupon, but they were able to price match me in person since I didn't actually buy on Groupon before my appointment. I can't speak for other services, but I think their laser hair removal packages are a solid deal and very competitive in pricing. Other med spas in nearby areas are offering the same package for about 50-60% more. Check in has always been easy and they do an initial assessment with you through an app before an NP clears you for the procedure on the day of your appointment. Barb has been doing my laser hair removal for the past 3 times and she has been so wonderful and welcoming. I like that she puts the setting on higher with each visit because even though it is a bit more painful each time, I've been seeing amazing results in just over 3 sessions. Even without using numbing cream, I found that the pain is very tolerable (but they do sell numbing creams by the front desk if needed). I believe they use an ND:YAG laser by Rohrer Aesthetics, which is a bit different from the machine I used at another clinic (Lightsheer Duet). This one uses gel, so make sure you wear something light or easy to change in and out of since it can get messy. If I'm not mistaken, I think they also have a second machine that doesn't use gel, but I don't think that one is under the Groupon deal. My appointments usually take about 15 minutes, but sometimes it can be longer depending on the nurses' schedule for the day and how many clients they are working on before you. There's plenty of free parking in the Hazard Center plaza. Make sure you come in through BJ's on Frazee Rd, or your map might navigate you to the indoor garage by the Hilton Hotel which is very confusing. On my first appointment here, I struggled a lot to find Timeless so here are some tips for first timers here: 1) Enter the plaza through Frazee Rd and keep driving forward until you see OrangeTheory/Charles Schwab on the left side and park in one of the 30/60 minute spots. 2) Timeless is on the third floor, so use the stairs near Lakeshore Learning Center and the clinic will be on the left side as soon as you go up. Escalators don't seem to be operating here. 3) If you happen to park indoor near Wood Ranch/Hilton, find the exit stairs and come up to the third floor near Schwab. Then find Lakeshore Learning and take the same stairs up to the 3rd floor. Overall, my experience here has been great and I'm excited to see my results at the end of my 6 session package!
