The ladies here are so nice! Very helpful. I don't feel stressed out or overwhelmed when going to this UPS, it's my favorite. Also more affordable printing prices than other locations.

Every time I visit this UPS Store, Rio goes above and beyond to help me out. He’s always friendly, patient, and professional — whether I’m shipping a package, printing something last-minute, or dealing with returns. He really knows his stuff and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides that level of customer service, but Rio does it every single time.
Thanks to him, this is my go-to UPS Store. If you ever stop by, definitely ask for Rio — you’ll be in good hands!
