Here visiting for the weekend, and my glasses were accidentally stepped on. I went to 4 other shops (optometry stores) who weren’t able to fix them before a last chance effort in finding Unoptical. Denise meticulously disassembled the frame and was able to make them back to its original shape. She clearly has the repair skills that nobody else had. Totally amazing and thankful for Denise’s help!
Great for last minute replacements and design selection. This is the 3rd time Ive purchased glasses here. I broke my glasses at 9am, went in at 1pm and had 3 new pairs of prescription glasses ready for pick up at 4pm! Hard to beat that. Plus the team is super helpful. I forgot the guy who helped me name.... salt and pepper and really cool yellow to blue eyes... anyways all of them are helpful! Hightly recommend!
This place truly has outstanding service and an amazing selection of frames! I went in looking for new sunglasses and got lucky that Joanna was the optician who helped me out with that. She was very patient, friendly, and kind. I tried on a lot of sunglasses and she gave me her honest opinions on what looked good on me and what didn’t. She made the shopping experience so much fun and I would recommend her and her expertise to anyone looking to get new glasses! I initially was in the market only for new sunglasses but also ended up finding an ophthalmic frame that fit me perfectly thanks to another optician who works here, Billy.
