This is hands down the cleanest tattoo shop I’ve been to in San Diego. Mervin did my chrysanthemum tattoo and a cover-up for me, and the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. His shop in Hillcrest is spotless, well-organized, and immediately makes you feel at ease. Mervin is extremely professional and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process, which is a big reason I keep coming back. You can tell he takes real pride in all of his work—especially with how well he handled the cover-up—and it shows in the final result. I had an amazing experience getting my Japanese geometric style tattoo, and I honestly can’t recommend Mervin enough. His attention to detail, precision, and deep understanding of the style really stood out, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Stephanie is awesome. I had a very specific idea in mind for a tattoo on my shoulder and she took all of my crazy ideas and turned it into a beautiful design. So happy with the work she did, she was great to work and fun to talk too which made the time go by fast getting the work done.
