I’m only giving 3 stars because the technician who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a beautiful job. But the technician who did my manicure did a terrible job! I asked her several times to please round the corners. She didn’t. She did a terrible job on the shape, cuticles. She didn’t understand what color I wanted. Has to stop her several times from doing it wrong and then she put on too many coats and they are already chipped!

Used to go here all the time and they all did an excellent job. Now The place is run down looking. The manager was too busy watching tv and doing a paraffin wax on her own hands to pay attention or help communicate.

I love my nail tech Sam for my acrylic nails, but for some reason they put him at a small table in the corner at this location. This spot always has terrible parking and once you're inside all of the outside noise (sirens, honking, etc.) echos into the salon. This place also seems to frequently over book and is crowded as a result. If you want specialty options (like cateye, foils, charms, etc.) you won't find them here.

The nail lounge is consistently great. Their gel, dip, and gelx manicures are the best in town. I've been going here for 10+ years and I'm always impressed! Kathleen is quick and does a wonderful job! Make an appointment though and still expect to wait 5-15 minutes. It'll be worth it!
