LADIES!! 10/10 experience! I have been to sooo many nail salons where I hope to be able to receive the kind of precious service I just received. From the nails, the detail in the work, to their treatment. I felt welcomed after they really made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go. The nails speak for themselves. I’ve come here about 5 times, and the first two times they did a pretty good job. They a little attitude but it was fine because the work was pretty good. But the last three times I’ve gone they’ve gotten worse and worse. There’s a collective attitude issue, and they can be pretty rough, but that’s not my biggest issue. It’s the fact that I paid at most 75 without a tip for acrylic nails, but then had me 60 for gel polish and made it basically obligatory to give tip. Generally wouldn’t mind, but there quality of work off the job done was not deserving that price. It’s a trend that the quality is less while the price stays high.
I am very satisfied with the customer service , my toe nails were terrible and Jenny made me feel comfortable, Kay was quick and efficient with my nails, I am satisfied and will be back !
