Aisha is a lovely human and runs a great business. She truly listens, gives you what you want with your hair, and doesn't pressure upselling. Salon is comfy and cute, has lots of natural light, and snacks and drinks are always offered. Highly highly recommend!
I waited this long to leave a review because I wanted to make sure I could articulate how incredible my experience was. I've been going to the same curly hair girl for 6+ years but I could no longer afford her full head dye jobs so I took the chance on this place and I am so grateful I did. I chose to go with Aisha because of the reviews and her being a curly girly herself and I don't know if I could ever go to anyone else for color. First off, she took maybe 30 minutes to just listen to what I wanted, her suggestions, pros and cons, and talked through the different colors in her little hair book. Ive been going to see Aisha over the last 6.5 years and absolutely love her! I've been going to the color collective since it opened and am obsessed with coming here. The vibes here are everything. It truly feels like going to the spa, feeling amazing and relaxed after getting my hair done. The service here is impeccable, they greet you with alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages and snacks throughout your service. I'm usually here for 3-4 hours so the snacks are definitely necessary.
