I had a great experience and I like the vehicle (Tesla/standard) I drove it and I also tried the self drive which was great experience. I would like to thank Brian who helped me know and understand the difference between Tesla model Y standard and Tesla model Y premium.

Customer service has improved significantly compared to the previous years, and the service center finally has a waiting area! Steven helped my with a warranty issue on my front bumper of my model 3. He was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
