They were professional and nice. But they were unable to fix my problem. However, they did buy my car back for the price I bought it for a year and a 1/2 after I bought it. I don't think you can ask for much better than that. Unless of course they can just fix it in the first place.

I had an outstanding experience with John today when I brought my car in for maintenance. The service was not only fast but also incredibly friendly. John's professionalism and efficiency truly made my visit pleasant. I highly recommend his Tesla service site. Thanks, John, for being awesome!

My wife and I would like to give a big shout out to Gil, who works at the Miramar Tesla Service Center. Initially, we came there just for a test drive, but--largely thanks to Gil--a month later we became happy owners of a brand-new Model 3! We had a lot of questions about the car, the buying process and all things related—and Gil was always responsive, helpful and patient in explaining and guiding us through the process step-by-step. We really felt like we had a personal professional consultant, which was a huge help to us.
