Sean and his team are professional, responsive, and detail-oriented — this team makes complex projects look easy. Their plans are always accurate and well thought out, which saves time in the field and eliminates costly surprises. They communicate well with both clients and builders, and their knowledge of the San Diego permitting process is a huge advantage.

Sean met with me to review my home edition project and I found him exceptionally generous with his time and advice and clearly showed a ton of competence in his review of my complex project. I had a most positive experience and I'm happy to recommend them to anybody who is looking to do a new construction, home edition or Adu.
