I have never had to call out an IT professional in the 30 years of running my insurance agency. So if I need to have someone come out, the problem is next level. Well, I came up against it trying to connect a brand new Dell Windows 11 Pro computer to my office network. I tried to call Microsoft but they don't make it easy and you have to pay for support.
