Such a well run and reliable business! They are always communicative, prompt, helpful, honest, and well priced. I’ve called them for a couple different plumbing needs (mysterious leak under the kitchen sink, and clogged toilet), and have been super happy with their service every time. For the toilet clog, their price was $80 less than what others quoted me, which I really appreciated. Their availability is great too and they can always come out within 1-2 days. Shout out to Brian for helping us figure out the kitchen leak! It was not an easy one.
Used Team Rooter to install toilets, replace old cast iron drains and sewer line. The work wasn't cheap but worth it for quality and professionalism. Kenny was very knowledgeable, helped me to understand my plumbing layout and explained a variety of options I could consider. At the time, my kitchen sink was unavailable and it had been for some time, as roots had invaded the pipes. In contacting a few other plumbers over time, they would provide or recommend ineffective services that still left me without a working kitchen sink. Kenneth was really good at educating me about my pipes. He taught me terms and described materials and services. He's also quite personable. This led me to pick him over the other plumbers I had been considering. Brian came out and I feel comfortable with him. He's the technician that primarily provided the services though Kenny also participated in some parts of it and supervised the project. Brian was able to help me find my cleanout and also identify certain things that I wouldn't have known about my property. The overall project included jackhammering and cutting out drywall, digging, etc. It was an elaborate plumbing service compared to the services I'm used to getting. Brian was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I'm very pleased with their services and plan to contact them again, especially for the larger projects. I trust them and their expertise. I definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking for a good plumber.
