own a two family rental property. The former 2nd floor tenants caused much water damage to the bathroom. Mold, rotting floor and subfloor. The bathroom needed to be totally gutted floor to ceiling including plumbing and wiring, removing claw foot bathtub and replacing it with a walk in shower, replacing toilet and vanity. Shawn and his team were very professional. He went over the contract with me in detail, answered all my questions, and followed through on everything we discussed with no surprises. Shawn and his team are reliable, skilled, honest and great people to work with. They completed a remodel a year ago that included turning two rooms into one great room, refinishing old hardwood floors, installing new construction windows, and lighting. Excellent work completed in a very reasonable time period. Then a couple months later we added an in-law suite. We were so comfortable and confident with Shawn, that we didn't go out to bid. WE knew he was going to do a beautiful job.
