Within the last year, the service at West Coast as declined considerably. I recently had 3 thermostats replaced and none of them were installed level. In addition, the technician committed to following up with Trane on controlling all three systems at each thermostat station. He was not familiar with how to set this up. This was over a week ago and I do not have an answer. And that has been the problem lately. They don't follow through or follow up. I called and followed up and expressed my concern. I am going to have to look for another service provider to service my systems. I would not recommend this company at this time.

I'm envious of all the rave reviews for West Coast Heating -- its the reason I went with them! But my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. 1 of the 3 mini-splits installed in my 900 sq ft house has a thermostat that not work properly since it was installed in Nov. 2024. No matter the setting, either no heat or waaaay too much. My 76 yr old gas wall heater that these mini-splits replaced worked MUCH much better.
Now March 2025 and 3 service visits later --the technicians are great, but seem to not know what the problem is --taking hours out of my days and NO, nada, zip, zilch improvement. I've had to use my gas fireplace for heat all winter. ...read full review

Our experience with West Coast Air and Solar was exceptional from the beginning. Our estimator, Mark, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable with the Mitsubishi split air system. We received our estimate which was a bit of a shock. We went with West Coast because they were a Diamond company with Mitsubishi which gave us a 12 year warranty on our system. We scheduled it and had a crew at our house within a week. Dominic, and his crew were always prompt and treated our house as their own. They cleaned up after each of the four days.
