Wow what a great service call!! Family member needed house Kitchen floor and carpet cleaned which were in ruff shape, I booked Jeff the day before saw his great offer on craigslist but what made me pick him was his work trailer tools etc you could tell he was experienced and had ever top end tool machine, he didnt try to sell or bait and switch, he said i would love the work price and time he provides... He exceeded all our expectations in just a few hours night and day differance, he was humble and asked for not a penny more we gave him a big tip The job was just soo good. I gave his name to my friend who needed his business floors cleaned and he called me today to thank me for introducing him to Jeff.. long story short USE SUPERIOR CARPET AND FLOOR Jeff is the BEST
Jeff is my new go to guy for carpet and floor cleaning! Called and booked an appointment 2 days in advance for two sets of stairs and a small bedroom in my townhome. My stairs were neglected for way too long, my light tan carpets were now black. After the job, Jeff made my carpets look brand new like the day I moved in! Amazing work! He quoted me over the phone so I came into this knowing what I was paying for and surprised I wasn't charged more the way my carpets looked. Prices are extremely fair and reasonable and I have no problem calling him again for any carpet cleaning. 10/10!
Yesterday was my birthday and my pups had made a mess of the carpet with their upset tummy's. I knew exactly who to call. I've used Jeff before, he is a great guy. He had last minute availability and came to the rescue. Pricing is fair and worth it. He was able to show up super quick, give our carpets a refresh that it desperately needed after 5 years of no treatment and his equipment was able to address the tough spots it endured from our pups upset stomach. Thanks for making my birthday less stressful and really going above and beyond for us as customers. Highly recommend.
