Michael may just be the most reliable property manager there is. He keeps it real and straight to the point. You may not be able to reach him sometimes but just know that he is on it! Michael has managed our home while we have been gone for a year now, he has kept it under control. And I am just here to say Thank You Michael for giving us the peace of mind🙏💯

I did not end up renting with Sunny Coast because I found a different house to rent. But wanted to give Michael Tanous a 5 star review on here because he was so professional when we met him for a showing, he answered all of our questions, this was one of the only property management companies that didn't run our credit before offering us the rental and he was great at following up and doing what he said he was going to do. Thank you Michael and if we are ever looking to rent again in the future we would definitely consider Sunny Coast because of you.

Highly recommend Sunny Coast Realty. Michael has managed my rental property for about a year now and it has been a great experience. He found great tenants and any time there is an issue or a service need he takes care of it quickly. He makes my life as a landlord stress free, and his fees are very reasonable for the great work he does.
