Studio1904 Barber Shop, located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, is the only black-owned barbershop in the area. This barbershop strives to bring back the classic, Old School Barbershop feel with its positive vibes, laughter, jokes, music, and snacks. The skilled barbers, including Glen, Reuben, and Franny, take their time to ensure every detail is perfect, listening to clients' requests and consulting with them to deliver exceptional results. With great conversation and quality work at a fair price, clients leave feeling satisfied and return for their next haircut.

I had an excellent experience at this downtown San Diego barber, who clearly knows their craft and pays attention to detail. My barber Marquez Felipe was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the haircut. I moved here last year. The first day I walked in Glen was available and took care of me immediately. I’ve been coming back ever since. I’ve had a few haircuts from the other barbers as well which are good too. Glen always takes his time to perfect the good and leave you in a better mood than way you came in. This is probably the most reasonably priced cuts in the city. At $40 you get a great cut, great atmosphere and an overall amazing experience!
