First time I came in it was great and Anita did a great job with my hair. the second time the Asian hair stylist didn’t even greet me she just rudely said they were all booked up and then proceeded to say another stylist might come in soon. I waited for 20 minutes and was never given an update. Too bad because I wanted to become a frequent customer but did not feel welcomed at all the second time.

Really don't want to give even one star - Walked in, as a person of color, white women I spoke with was crazy BAD. Asked an intelligent color question because I was in the industry. she informed me that it would be too expensive, because she knew what I could afford???? Giving her yet another chance to gain a customer that was asking for a two or three hundred color. She than shared how I should just let the color grow out. when I specifically had already stated why the color isn't working because after a couple of weeks my gray was already showing?! Not interesting, intelligent, or kind how far some employees will go to chase a client away?????!!!!! I was not welcomed at all I was treated rudely and dismissed. Take down the walk in welcome, it DOES NOT APPLY!

Front door neon light says OPEN in bright red, on front door walk ins welcome, and on yelp says open until 5pm..I walk in 345 pm and lady says, we're CLOSED! Messed up. Is it cause I'm a man? Your rude and lazy? Yes very rude, bad customer service DONT GO HERE!
