I contacted Stepping Stone Landscape Design for two (2) reasons: a defective sprinkler control and a possible landscape remodel on a small (16x16) yard. Erik was very helpful with both. First, he offered to have his sprinkler person come out and take a look. Ultimately, he came out himself, determined the part, and replaced it only a few days after our first conversation.
