They were able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and with pictures, and after about 2 hours, got everything back up and running.

we were in a tough situation throwing a family party last weekend. half of the power in the house went out including the air conditioner and the bathrooms. since it was labor day weekend we figured we were in for a scorcher until the following week. they were able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone with some texts of pictures to see what we were working with. after about 2 hours we were back up and running and the party was saved.
