She takes care to talk to you about how you want your lashes and keeps notes from past appointments. The lashes look great and not over the top, even achieving a super natural look. Appointments are comfortable and she is a great conversationalist, nice to talk with during the service. She makes the process easy, often completing the service within an hour or less.
