Extremely thorough consultation, very thoughtful and provides analysis/insights and then assesses posture while taking notes. After all that, Adam shares his findings while continuing to ask questions to future dial into your body's history and what it needs now. The most thorough Chiro I've ever been too. I was sore the next few days but each day the soreness becomes less and the mobility I lacked before continues to increase (neck and back pain). Highly recommend. Be ready to dive deep, he spent more time with me then and other chiro I've seen and most of that was the consultation and assessment. I saw Dr. Adam for some old lower body/knee issues. His intake process was very thorough and I felt like he really took the time to listen to my story and do a thorough assessment. I got several really effective adjustments during the appointment, as well as some Applied Kinesiology work that was helpful. I can highly recommend SoCal Concierge Chiropractic for an elevated chiropractic experience!
