It seems home owner insurance providers are looking closely at tile/cement tile roofs. Specifically if they have any mildew/algae build up and use that as a reason to not renew. We got the letter and decided to have the roof cleaned. We called So Cal and a few others. Kendricks co had really good reviews and was very competitive. We got a clean-up date for a week later. There is no deposit, just both agreed to price and terms. Ken showed up on time. His rig and equipment is self contained. He set up berms to catch the waste water. Kendrick and the team were professional, did a great job on my roof and home leaving it looking like new, and were very reasonable on pricing. They took care of not only my property but made sure they cleaned up the neighbors property as well. We were in need of our roof to be powered washed as our insurance company would not renew us if we left the roof as is. I called several companies and we recommend to use Socal Cleaning Services and I am glad i did. This company is professional, competitively priced and do excellent work. They took both before and after photos and were done within 4 hours. If if you need power washing this is the company to choose. Thank you once again for your excellent customer service.
