I am ever so grateful for Dr. Llanes and Tessie! Tessie was able to squeeze me in to a ridiculous timeline right before Thanksgiving (stupid insurance issue, not procrastination on my part). My regular doctor was not available and I was panicking to get my exam and glasses covered before insurance ended. Tessie was very communicative, extremely helpful and very friendly. She was not there when I came to my appointment, but Dr. Llanes was also very friendly, explained everything I was doing. NO upcharging. He has an incredible bedside manner. I highly recommend.

The doctor was easy to work with, quick to respond to text, and was able to fit me in that day. I walked out with contacts an hour later and great vision!He also was able to write a RX for another lens for me to buy online as well.

Very friendly and helpful people. They always remember my face/name and make it a point to make the process of buying/ordering glasses and contact lenses very easy. Tess is awesome!
