Arrived unannounced to apartment building with no itinerary or timeframe for testing.

Absolute worst experience with this security company!!!!Services in the last two years cut out for unknown reasons and we were charged over $300 each time they send someone out to troubleshoot issues that were supposedly fixed in previous service calls. When I reached out to them regarding extreme dissatisfaction in service and to notify them that we were entertaining their competitors and would like to give them an opportunity to propose a different or upgraded system the Sales department bot reached out twice asking the same questions.
