We’ve used health express numerous times for things like strep check, ear infections, etc and always been pleased. The time spent there is much less than urgent care for routine things and unable to get into reg doctor. I love the option!

Their staff is very friendly and the do the best they can even when they are overwhelmed they let you know what is going on and about how long it will be . The nurses are very nice and make sure that your comfortable and well taken care of . Amazing team and the treat you with respect . Thumbs up good job everyone and thank you for your sacrifice

I was seen by Amesale D a nurse practionar for a ear issues. She informed me that I had ruptured my ear drum as I was coughing. I had been sick for a week she suggested it was allergies and sent me home. Thankfully I went to urgent care and the Dr prescribed me ear drops to have ear drum heal and to follow up with ent properly. I'm very glad I followed my instincts and went to urgent care. This was a terrible visit w health care express..will not be back until they hire competent people.
